How did you hear about the program? Why did you apply?
My department head thought it would be something I would enjoy. At the time, I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to do more school or work right out of college.

What were some interesting/fun things you did at ACCESS and/or people you met?
The duck tour of Boston, that was a blast.

Favorite part of the weekend and why?
Hanging out with the grad students around Boston. They were a fun group, we had a good time.

Do you think you benefitted from the program – did it help you in any way?
Why or why not?

Most definitely, I was able to finally put a finger on what graduate school would be like.

Prior to attending ACCESS, did you have plans to apply for graduate school? How did ACCESS impact your decision?
I was considering it but didn’t know much about it. It showed me what kinds of graduate opportunities were available.

Are you planning on applying to graduate school now? If so, where?
No, but it has more to do with my co-op experience than anything else.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
5 years – working for a company, a project engineer, 10 years – working for a company, a lead solutions engineer
